As a national representative in the sport of water polo Paul learnt from an early age to be focused, well organised and works well under pressure.
He has the ability to engage with people from a wide range of backgrounds having previously worked as school teacher, administrating and implementing IT and major projects in the education sector.
In recent years he has managed small teams in the hospitality sector, involving staff training, cash handling, banking, rostering and quality control.
Parallel to his professional career Paul has committed to leading NFP organisations in his community. He was a committee member and Board chair of a lifesaving club for more than 20 years. He led strategic development, marketing, volunteer management and administration at the club.
Paul brings significant experience to all his roles and his lifelong desire is to treat life as an adventure.
He has worked in domestic and international education, hospitality and event management, executive roles with community organisations in rural and regional Australia, small business operator, consultant and advisor to small and medium businesses.
Patrick has been privileged to work alongside a broad range of entrepreneurial leaders who instilled in him the core foundations of successful businesses.
A gifted facilitator, he is regularly sought after by businesses of all sizes to facilitate strategic and business planning and guiding them to a sustainable future.
He places high importance on detailed planning and precise execution in any business and excels in dealing with difficult issues and facilitating agreed outcomes.
Operating his own small consulting business for the past 15 years Patrick understands the critical nature of meeting and exceeding customer needs, delivering value for money, and forging long-term relationships with clients.
Of course, he knows firsthand how difficult it can be to take a break from the responsibilities of operating a small business but also how important it is to plan time away to refresh and revitalise.
She is a gifted communicator at all levels having previously worked as a primary school and special education teacher, a Qantas international cabin crew member and crew trainer for 33 years.
In recent times LeeAnne has worked in the retail sector as a sales assistant for Parallel Culture Boutique and currently with David Jones in Brisbane.
She has point of sale, production promotion, stock control and issue resolution experience.
LeeAnne brings her wealth of experience, a happy disposition and a professional approach to all her roles.
During his teacher training he worked as a casual at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel as a barman, driveway attendant and cellarman. This experience allowed him to relieve the publican at Tingoora Hotel.
Since his retirement he has settled on the Sunshine Coast and is an active volunteer in two different organisations. He is a driver for COMLINK providing the elderly and people with disabilities with trips to medical appointments, social events, shopping and visits to aged care facilities.
As a radio operator for Caloundra Coast Guard he has performed 2500 hours of radio watch, roster development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures. He is a qualified Trainer and Assessor, providing training for local boaties in the Australian Waters Qualification and Long Range Radio Operator Proficiency for radio and crew members.
Mandy’s exceptional customer service skills have been honed during a 10 year career as an international cabin crew member. She is a skilled communicator and able to think quickly on her feet.
In all her roles she has moved seamlessly from operations to training and leadership roles, teacher to principal, cabin crew to cabin manager and onboard performance manager to inflight trainer. She has the experience and confidence to supervise teams to high, consistent performance.
Alongside her career, Mandy was in partnership operating a significant sheep property in outback Queensland and Cattle property in the New England region in New South Wales – overseeing finances, supervising farm hands and shearer crews.
In recent times, Mandy has taken short assignments managing a boutique hotel and as a production assistant for a TV series in regional Queensland.
Mandy’s bright and engaging personality ensures she is a welcome addition to any business.
Mary showed she can adapt to new environments quickly and smoothly taking on portfolios in her education career such as English as a second language, Japanese language, children with learning challenges and disabilities.
She is highly organised and has the ability to work to high standards within the policy framework of the company while ensuring a safe environment for all in her care.
Extensive travel in recent years demonstrates she is comfortable in a broad range of environments.

Genevieve’s exceptional customer service skills have been honed during her career as a flight cabin crew member and floral specialist in weddings and corporate functions. She is a confident communicator with an eye for detail and professional approach to all that she does.
In recent times she has worked at Julie Tengdahl’s flagship boutique at the Emporium and currently with Milo and Macy Shoes and Boutique in Brisbane. Genevieve is an active volunteer, working as a mentor with the charity Inspiring Brighter Futures.
She has proven experience and adapts quickly to new environments ensuring she is a welcome addition to any business environment.
